Sangitan For Pain Relief
Native to Indonesia, but many grow in abandoned fields, but some are deliberately planted as a hedge plant. Most interestingly, these plants also have efficacy for relieving swelling, pain reliever, laxative urine and circulation. Here are some of the efficacy of this one plant.
chronic rheumatism
material:
- 15-30 grams of fresh leaves Sangitan
- 3 cups water
How to make:
After the leaves washed, then cut into pieces as needed and simmer until the remaining 1 cup water. Once cool, strain and drink. Do it for 14 consecutive days.
Beri-beri
material:
- 30-50 grams of roots, stems and leaves of fresh Sangitan.
- 3 cups water
How to make:
Once washed, then cut into pieces as needed and simmer until the remaining 1 cup water. Once cool, strain and drink for 14 consecutive days.
jaundice
material:
- The roots taste Sangitan
- Beef taste
How to make:
Once washed, the roots with cow meat to cook on the team. Eat the beef. Do it for 10 consecutive days.
swelling hit
material:
- 20 gr root Sangitan
- 30 gr Sugar Sand
- 400 cc of water
- White Wine taste
How to make:
Once washed, cut into pieces as needed and simmer until the water remaining half. When lukewarm, mix the white wine to taste and put sugar, stirring until evenly distributed.
